Setting up a customer account is not required to place your order. However when setting up your own account you can follow your past orders and manage your shipping and billing addresses.

Delivery is within 1 – 3 working days of receiving your order. The shipping costs are € 3.00 for domestic shipment and € 7.00 for shipment outside of Germany.
Yes, the warranty period is 2 years from the date of your purchase. In order to obtain warranty the sales receipt must be submitted.

The warranty is void if the item has been opened and/or modifications have been made by you or a non authorized third party. Further no warranty is granted if the product is not used as described in the manual. Non-intended use of the product leads to loss of warranty. You can return items within 14 days after receipt by making use of your right of withdrawal. Details of your right of withdrawal can be found in our terms and conditions in the section “Withdrawal”.
